Registration fee includes: coffee breaks, conference dinner, lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, everyday transport: hotel – congress (biological centre & NIB) – hotel, technical excursion to Karst with lunch on Saturday, guided tour in Ljubljana, Book of abstracts and conference material.

* Students can apply for student’s registration discount by filling the Student’s discount application form. The completed forms should be sent to IWGLVV organizing committee by e-mail and regular mail before April 15th, 2008. The scientific committee will evaluate the applications and notify students about selection until May 15th, 2008.
The students selected for the registration discount are asked to register as students until May 31st, 2008.
The students not selected for the registration discount will still have time for Early registration until May 31st, 2008.
** Registration for accompanying persons is made on the same form as normal registration.
Please note that delegate's registration is valid only after the symposium fee payment.
